4-Hour Concierge Experience – $350

Overnight 4-Hour Concierge Experience-  $500

An elevated overnight care option for guests attending evening events or requiring late-night support. 
Includes everything in the 4-Hour Concierge Experience, plus:
  • Calm overnight supervision and companionship
  • Late-night potty break and gentle play
  • Overnight care window: 11:00 pm – 5:00 am

8-Hour Concierge Experience – $650

Ideal for long excursions, full-day events, or guests seeking extended, attentive care. 

Includes everything in the 4-hour package, plus:

  • Extended companionship and presence
  • Midday nap or quiet time routine

Overnight 8-Hour Concierge Experience –  $750

8 hours of luxury overnight, in-room care, perfect for travelers attending evening events, concerts, or those wanting true overnight peace of mind. 

Includes everything in the 4-hour package, plus:

  • Bedtime wind-down routine
  • Overnight care window: 11:00 pm – 5:00 am 

  • Morning feeding, walk, fresh water replenishment, and care

Full-Day VIP Concierge Experience –   $950

Our most comprehensive and exclusive offering-designed for guest seeking full-day, high-touch care. 

Up to 12 hours of premium, in-room service.
Includes everything in the 8-hour Concierge Experience, plus:

  • Full-day presence with flexible scheduling
  • Overnight hours included 
  • Additional meals, routines, and enrichment
  • Evening wind-down care for nighttime comfort
  • Customized photo & video updates
  • Personalized care for up to 4 pets

Ideal for weddings, corporate events, extended outings, or guests who want to fully enjoy Las Vegas while knowing their pet is exceptionally cared for. 

 Booking Details

  • 4-hour minimum per booking
  • Additional hours: $125 per hour outside of selected package
  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your reservation
  • Remaining balance due 48 hours prior to service
  • Same-day bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours, same day cancellations, and no-shows are charged in full

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your dates and service window. Deposits may be transferred one time only.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Same-day bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Acknowledgment
By submitting payment, you agree to these terms. This policy ensures fairness for all clients and protects dedicated availability for your pet.
